Delivering Powerful Feedback - Performance Management Training
Three part training - Two Live instructor led sessions plus applications.
Highly Interactive training teaching leaders to deliver effective performance feedback.
Learn how to deliver annual feedback in a positive, objective and actionable structure. Leaders practice delivering feedback and receive ongoing support during the training. Live training days are typically spaced 4-8 weeks apart to allow participants to practice applying their new skills with their direct reports. |
