Drive Results with Talent Workshop Overview
The Drive Results with Talent workshop is PI’s foundational workshop. When a new client signs
on, they’re required to attend this workshop to understand the foundational principles of talent
optimization and PI, and to become the talent optimization and PI champion for their organization.
Attendees could be a combination of PI program owners, executives, decision-makers, HR
professionals, managers, and employees who are influencers. We recommend that anyone who is in
a critical role related to hiring and retaining employees attend this workshop. We encourage clients
to build a core group of experts able to apply the talent optimization discipline where it will most
affect change in the organization.
